Hi Robert.

I called my sister who wears a hearing aid with a coil. She was doing some
job shadowing in our call center at work where they use the Plantronics
headsets, and she indicates that they were compatible with her hearing
aidl. They are engineered for telephone use so there isn't a PTT there,
but it is a start, and I'm sure that an enterprising ham could modify a set
to have a PTT. So, that looks like a good avenue for you to pursue.
