Hi Butch.

Yes, they did, and you had to reset a couple of menu items.  I had to reset 
the 15th menu that came up to get the dimmer on the TMG707 to become a 
speech key.  You were supposed to have to reprogram one of the menus to 
make the radio programmable with speech from the microphone, but mine was 
already set, apparently by whoever installed the VS3 at R&L Electronics.
