Hmmm, I've never noticed it from mine and I'm usually here, My cell phone 
beeps, but I'd be willing to bet money my F6A doesn't, I'd have noticed it 
in the last 5 years I'd think. It's usually charging, when I charge it, on 
the radio desk and I'm always pretty close to it unless I'm eating or not 
home but I'm usually home when it finishes charging. I really don't think 
mine does beep.
