Hi;
Now I have seen everything.  I guess I'm showing my age.  Make believe ham 
radio for only $32.00?
I suppose the no antenna required could have some appeal but why bother 
pretend radio.  If one wants a chat room go find one.  Who knows, in 50 
years folks might think that this is what ham radio was like back in the 
"good old days".
I didn't have as much of a issue with echo link in that it was free but real 
live ham radio it wasn't.  It did serve a limited purpose but I don't think 
it tried to pass its self off as something as much fun as the real thing.
