The discussion about some people claiming Amy's makes them not feel well
because they also make non gf food has brought to mind a comment by a
prominent person with a prominent celiac research and advocacy
organization. While speaking to our local chapter, she told us that they
have found many gf companies who are using rice flour that is not 100%
gf. It is something they are trying to work on with this companies,
nonetheless it is true and currently happening. We are getting gluten
through our gf breadmixes, cakes, and crackers! For all we know, those of
us saying we react to Amy's could be reacting to a Gluten Free baked
product we ate that day also!

*Please provide references to back up claims of a product being GF or not GF*
