How much is it off by? do you use the antenna tuner in the radio? What kind 
of antenna? Running both off the same power supply shouldn't have any effect 
at all, I'd tend to think if there is a problem, it's somewhere else. If the 
readings aren't that different, I wouldn't worry about it or I'd hit the 
tuner button and see if that brings it back where it should be. Also, what 
mode are you checking the antenna in? IF SSB, you can't do that with an 
external meter very well, for a good reading you need to be in, I think any 
mode other than SSB though most use AM that I know.
