I wonder if your MOBO has built-in video?  
If so I was thinking that the two video devices 
may be in conflict (?)  Just a guess, since Windows
is supposed to support more than one video device 
There may still be a setting in BIOS to disable the onboard
video?  
    Other than my previous suggestion, that's all from here.
