I'm sure somebody else will have said this by the time this message clears 
the moderators, but....

If you selected the "Keep Files Private" box when you originally set up the 
account, your are in a VERY difficult situation.  In *my* experience XP is 
quite protective of its encrypted files. (I could be wrong, but) unless you 
can boot on the original drive with the original password, XP ain't gonna 
give 'em up.

It is with GREAT interest that I will be watching this thread. If someone 
has a *workig* solution I want to know about it.
