Hi Richard and all,
An old friend of mine, a CW operator told me of a contact he had.  He told
me the readability was ok, the signal strength was great but his tone was
awful.  He gave the guy a RST of 5 9 1 .  One thing about old Cappy, he was
always truthful.  73.
