check for spy ware for 1. that's strange, that shouldn't happen you're 
right. I'd check for spyware, go through all internet explorer settings and 
maybe even run the standard defrag, virus scan and stuff to make sure. BTW, 
in internet explorer, f5 works as the refresh button.
