You are on the track with vcr or such input.  It should also work on
anything with an rca output or if rf is requried, same.

I don't know, but I remember there being something you connect to your
VCR
and you can watch videos from other TVs in your house if you wanted to
free up the TV your VCR is connected to for ohatever reason.  I don't
know
about the other thing.
