Yes, Elecraft does have a service department, should you need it.
(Really, it's a top-knotch company, and I've rarely seen a company
who stands more firmly behind their products.)
Actually--my K2 is the 100-watt version. I don't have an autotuner
but would like one someday; and I use this rig as my main HF station
and have been well pleased with it for that purpose.
