Hi Brett;

I owned both the 4500 as well as the 4650.

The 4650 didn't have as many prompts.

It assumed that you had the 4500 and you knew what you were doing with it.

I liked the 4500 a lot better however, the speakerphones kept blowing out on 
them.

I switched to a Motorola V-276.

The phone is not as accessible as the other phones but, I never loose any 
connections and the battery life is great.
