Hi Everyone;
I recently had a bad experience with COMP USA that I wish to share with you.
For the past two years, COMP USA has been repairing my COMPAQ laptop without
any problem.
However, yesterday I brought my laptop to get it fixed because it won't stop
rebooting.
I did everything including inserting my Windows cd and it just won't stop.
Without even taking the computer out of the carrying bag, the gentlemen at
COMP USA said that it was a software problem which was not covered under my
warrantee.
I told them that as far as I know my warrantee should cover it and I never
had a problem within the last two years.
He went and got his manager and the manager said that people have been
taking advantage of them and, they wouldn't fix any more software problems.
Do not purchase any warrantees from COMP USA and be sure that you are very
wary of what you purchase from that company.
