I had one of these for a ham four as well, it'll work with
any of the ham series according to NOrm at NOrm's rotor
service.
I liked mine, pointer dial has resolution to 12.25 degrees
with the markings on the control box.
MIne was inside my house that burned after the hurricane,
the beam hadn't gone up again yet. THe rotor needed some
more servicing and it was going to go to a buddy of mine
near Jackson MS. for that.

IIRC the control box's printed manual showed what needs done
differently for the ham series rotors to make use of it.
