It came with at least WE 4.5 and later, but did not come with earlier
versions of WE.  Whereas Eloquence is in the SAPI portion of the speech
synthesizer list Alt-F, Y, go to the first D in the list of synthesizers,
which is DecTalk Access 32 Window-Eyes, a version that is locked to WE.
