    Yes it does.

It's the UT102.

If i recall correctly, it speaks frequency, mode, and s-meter readings.

I just helped install one of these for our ARES/RACES station at our County
EOC, and think that's what I remember.

The UT102 is also useful for other Icom HF transceivers as well.
