I'm just curious -- what kind of price are you getting on Tilapia?  Around  
here, I can get conventionally-fed chicken breast for about $2/lb at Sams  
Club, and organic free range whole chickens for $1.90/lb from a local  
farm.  Tilapia typically runs at least double that even when it's on sale.
