Previously frozen and defrosted tilapia filets are $2/lb.  Whole 
tilapia are usually about $1.  Frozen fillets are $2.50.  These 
all appear to be from China.

"Fresh" tilapa from Ecuador is about $6.

Which brings up another question.  What would I do with the whole 
tilapia?
