Kathy,

Thanks for the encouragement.  Some days the clients are not so kind,
especially when we cannot do what they want us to do for them and their
children.  That makes it hard, but you're right about the Spirit helping me
to say the right things and be a support.  That said, many parents do
appreciate the help and go on to get help for their family.  Some days are
trying, but overall I love my job.
