While I certainly am sorry that Ramona has passed away, I find it  
amazing that the two of them believe that cigarette smoke (and  
cigarette smoking) didn't make the asthma worse! Perhaps the "nothing  
at all" that set off her asthma could've been cigarette smoke? I  
dunno, but it seems to me that inhaling noxious smoke into your lungs  
would definitely interfere with your breathing, especially if you've  
got breathing problems to begin with! But what do I know?
