Hi Howarde,

Just a shot in the dark, so to speak:

1. Is the rig connected to a pc?  Perhaps some program is  activating the
comm port?

2. Have you tried a full reset?

Good luck and look for me in the Pennsylvania QSO party this weekend.  I
need the points.
