Amy said,

"To clean mine, I just use the hose of my vacuum cleaner."

Last night I was vacuuming the floor with my shop vac and I received a shock!

The fact is, dust and dirt flowing through a vacuum cleaner tube can create static electricity, like
rubbing cat fur or walking on a carpet. It is a very risky practice to use a vacuum cleaner hose inside
a pc. There are cans of compressed air that you can buy for about $6 that will blow dust out - even from
hard-to-reach places - and without the risk of zapping your components.
