 Averatec has a support page at:
http://support.averatec.com with a phone number and email address.
I would contact them and find out if the warranty is still in effect
they may not cover missing keyboard keys, but it's worth a shot.
  Other than that, Ebay has become one of the best sources for laptop parts
as many people are parting them out for maximum cash.
