This computer is too old, too slow and too proprietary to spend any
money on.
Check out the barebones kits and the Semprons at Tiger Direct:

They have a refurbished Emachine for $329.00 (No monitor)

Dell has complete systems starting at $599.00
In short, shop around a bit and you can do much better.
