These are mostly service pack records. I have deleted them on my own
computer. However, the uninstall record is still in the registry and will
appear in the Add/Remove programs listing. Some registry cleaners will get
rid of these entries once you delete the folders. You will give up the
ability to uninstall the particular item at a later date.

the older ones be deleted?
