Sounds like rabbit starvation to me.  I ate a lot of pork chops for a 
while and found I was constantly hungry.  Try one of these:

- eat different cuts of pork, eg belly pork, pork hock (goes by 
different names- it's part of the leg).  These have much more fat and 
are extremely satisfying.

- eat eggs with your bacon instead of pork chops

- eating more cooked root veg with your meat- swede and parsnips are my 
favourites.  But even parsnips may not provide enough carbs to balance 
all the protein you are eating.

Or eat like me and do all three :)
