Have been on a GF diet for a year but recent blood test shows above normal serum, IGA levels. I am shocked! I read labels very carefully but I am obviously missing something. I am trying to pinpoint where the gluten entering my body is coming from. Switched to Toms Toothpaste, Almay lipstick, am re-checking manufacturers of all meds and vitamins. Any suggestions or experience with this issue will be appreciated.
