Me too.  Lean trimmed meat plus lots of olive oil equals lots of hunger for
me.  That leads to overconsumption of nuts.  I think that there are
definitely people who feel better with lean meats and mostly olive oil --
the types that actually prefer white meat poultry, light, non-oily fish.
I'm the opposite -- I feel hungry and tired without dark meats and
sufficient meat fat and oily fish.  I love olive oil, but not to the
exclusion of saturated fat.
