And what's the deal with farm raised
fish? Mercola says not to eat that either - is it because they are grain
fed?

ther is too much to say about the desastrous impact of farming fish for the
time that i have but please do a search on fish farms and among the industry
propaganda you will find few good web sites that give a different picture .

here in BC we have a sticker that say " wild salmon don't do drugs " and
wild salmon from BC are as good than mercola salmon ( very little
pollutants ).
don't support in any way the farming of salmon or other high in the food
chain fishes , it is an abheration.
5 pounds of dry fish meal is needed to produce one pound of salmon the fish
meal comes from chile and is made out of pounds and pounds of perfectly
edible fishes like anchovies sardines and herrings .
