Now Ralph, you really need to look at the map. While Gitchegumi ain't
the Pacific, she's big and deep and cold. Her shores are bounded by
red rock on the north and red sand on the south. "Candy-assed" reveals
that you have never been on her shores and you sure as hell haven't
gone for a swim. Surprisingly there is surfing, but there are lots of
crazy people out there. Lastly, I think a few Canadians, Wisconsinites
and and Michigonians might object to the the claim that she is a
Minnesota lake.

Now I confess, I am partial to Superior. But most who have spent time
with her are.

Oh, the waves on Superior will stand up to comparison to either coast.
But the ice is amazing. It does not deal kindly with fools.

Look at a map Ralph.
