Jerry,

When you turn the tuning knob, the beep is at the first menu.  Then, you
simply count the clicks either upward cloclwise, or downward counterclockwise.
Once you get to the desired menu, press the right arrow which is the little
joystick to the left of the speaker.

Remember though, as others have advised, that depending  which mode you are
in, not all the menu selections are available.  VFO mode seems to give you
most of them, but even then, I've noticed that a couple aren't there if you
are in the general coverage mode.
