I'm running a multi band dipole 127 ft. long with coils for 160 operation
and another set for 40. Also paralel elements for 20-10. Fed with 75 ft
ladder line to a very old (quality unkown) Radio works remote balun. Then
40 ft low loss "Bury Flex" coax to the shack, through a old mfj tuner.
The balun and tuner are only rated for 80-10 meters. The auto tuner in the
rig handles most things ok, but to get full band on 160 and a few odd
spots on 40, I need to run the mfj.

Plan is to try ladder line to the shack to a better tuner. The auto
tuner does a good matching job for the dipole and Mini Quad for
20-15-10--6, but I think efficiency suffers. . Stil, last year I worked 35
states and 8 DXCC on 160 with this setup and 100 watts.
