Chris,

A friend of mine has used the 'roll up' antenna which used to be, and may
still be, available from Radio Shack.  I have used my THF6A with a
SMA/SO239 adapter and have used my H F beam on ten meters.  It was fun; the
receiver worked okay, but isn't h f transceiver competitive.  But a nice
add on to a handheld.
