    John:

I am one of the guys on the list who has a Buddipole.

It is a really great portable modular antenna.

You adjust it for each band using tap positions on two tuning coils.

The challenge is that the instructions for adjusting things are stated in
terms of colors, but the maker of the antenna (Budd W3FF) has been more than
willing to help design instructions for us that are verbal and not
color-based.

To be quite honest, I have had the antenna now for over a year, and only
used it once or twice. Not because I don't like it, but because of time and
other factors.

Check out

www.buddipole.com for more details.

Let me know if you have more questions, and I'll try my best to answer them.
