I never quarantine them, I just delete everything and I've never had a
problem, I do run the scans once a week, it's never messed anything up
except Kazaa yet, and I re installed that and it worked fine after that, now
I don't even use that program anymore, but seriously,  ad-aware has never
caused me any serious problems and I've been using it for a long time now
ever since I found out what it was and how well it works with JFW, a couple
years?  and it's never done anything you're worried about.
