As for the k2,no speech, but you get 99% feedback in cw.

No 2m or 440 coverage, but transverters are avauilable.
finding a builder is not a problem.  Elecraft maintins a list of builders,
and many will build free for a blind ham.
The 100 watt option does go into the same case.
