YES!  Especially with foods very high in fat like pork or beef ribs.  I try
to eat until I am "not hungry", which is different from being full - it is
less food.  I feel better that way ---> not hungry but still light and ready
to go.

I notice that when I eat until "full", I often feel "over full" 15-30
minutes later. So, to me it makes perfect sense to stop before satiety. I
wonder if others notice this and if they also cut it short a bit?
