I would like to believe that the Inuit did not get Ca but is there any way to really know that without autopsy evidence.  Cause of death was no doubt often an elusive issue without the advantage of autopsy.  May forms of Ca are insidious until the wasting stage but then mimic any number of debilitating conditions.  Bruce??
