Hi Mike,
I remember those Trans Oceanic radios.  I think Zenith may have built them.
I bought a battery one time for it.  It measured about five by six by
fifteen and it sure didn't hurt to have a hand truck handy to move it.
Without the battery, it didn't weigh very much.  The cover hinged back and
there was an antenna that was about six feet long.  I clipped a lead from an
outside antenna that may have been for FM, but not sure but it sure helped
the reception.  73 88
