One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone corrects someone and is wrong !

You are correct about the Eades' Protein Power diet, but wrong about the Zone
Diet.

The Zone Diet is also NOT low-fat.

The Zone Diet only recommends limiting fat for those people who have a
significant amount of weight loss.   Otherwise, the Zone Diet can include quite
high percentages of fat, beyond those found in any other diet (except certain
of the variations of the Atkins Diet).

For example, the two women who won Gold Medals in the Olympics while on the
Zone Diet, ate approximately 70% of their diet in fat...

The entirety of the Zone Diet is -- to eat in a way that keeps hormone levels
in a "zone" (ie stable and balanced between too low and too high).
