That all depends on what you mean by "recommended daily
nutritional intake."  If you're talking about the government's
recommendations, you're right, but they're far below what most
nutritionists would recommend to restore one's health.  Today's
food is much, much lower in vitamins etc. than the food our paleo
ancestors ate.
