Hi
I am using Window XP Home on a Dell Dimension 8200, 1.8G, 256M RAM. Recently I started having this problem:
Periodically my C:\Documents and Settings\James Allen folder started popping up on the monitor. When this happens I try all known available means to close it but none of them work except rebooting. When I try to close it, it goes away but it comes right back (immediately).I can move it so that it doesn't cover anything but even then it keeps me from doing some things. I have Nortons Systemworks 2002. I run it regularly but the problem still comes back. I would appreciate any advice I can get.
Thanks In Advance
James O. Allen
