You might have cerebral palsy if you can hold your breath for an
exceptionally long time in a pool, swimming multiple lengths without getting
any air.  When people compliment you for your wonderful swimming ability, you
say, "it comes naturally to me, I was without oxygen for a significant period
of time in the womb!"
