Thank you all for reporting your experiences -- this is very helpful.  How
are those of you doing the lower protein high fat experiment determining your
protein amounts?  Is it just a constant 10-12% of your daily calories or do
you first determine a certain amount of protein and then figure that this
particular amount should be 10-12% of your total daily calories?
