i have said several times that we are no better off than we were before.
lots of hype, nothing real.



On a related note, I think Dubya needs to quit worrying about Sadaam and
start worrying about American internal infrastructure (Interstate roads,
ports, hospitals, etc.).  Word on the street is that we're not much
better
post 9/11 than pre 9/11, in terms of disaster preparedness.
