Hi all,
I can understand AZ Diane's (post of 9-28) confusion...I just received
my first copy of the Gluten-Free Living newsletter (summer of 2002) and
I am confused by their statement on page 17 of Food Items You Really Don't
Need To Question...it includes butter, peanut butter, yogurt and pickles,
all of which I have been led to believe from this list and other GF web
sites, that there are only a couple of brands of these products that are gf.
Now, who do I believe???? I don't want to buy the items and find out by
testing, not too pleasant....can anyone shed light on this?
Also still wondering what it is in cottage cheese (again some brands listed
as gf) that makes it bad for us...Hope someone has an answer, to one or both
of these questions...thanks again. JS in IL
