will enlighten, entertain & enliven everyone living the gluten-free lifestyle.  Updates
on what celiacs can expect in the future, the consequences of celiac disease and
diabetes & associated disorders, how to communicate with your physicians to get your needs met.  The latest findings by physicians diagnosing celiac disease & what the
dietitians are doing.  You will learn how to manage the gluten-free lifestyle with
a sense of humor & Chef Alexx will answer all your questions on gluten-free cooking
and dining.
