Hi, JP, & welcome!

I'm pretty new to Paleo nutrition, too -- it's been almost exactly two months
since I stumbled across a mention of NeanderThin on someone's webpage, but in
just that short period of time I've lost 23 pounds and about 3 inches off my
waist. (From 178 to 155 pounds. I'm 5'9", 34. I work out, but until I
started eating Paleo I just wasn't losing fat or getting toned like I wanted
to. Now I am.) And, it seems like every other week I discover some other
positive side effect -- like, I used to sunburn very easily, and now I tan
instead. And my skin is really soft and clear, too. I just can't say enough
good things about NeanderThin. It's changed my life, literally, and I'm so
happy I discovered it.

The webpage where I first read about NeanderThin has thorough list of what to
eat and what not to eat, taken almost verbatim from NeanderThin --
http://www.grog.com/About_Grog/Diet.shtml That ought to get you started on
the right track, until your copy of NeanderThin arrives.

As for me, I don't watch calories at all. I've been eating as much as I
want, whenever I want, of whatever Paleo foods I want, and I've experienced
some pretty phenomenal weight loss and toning. I've been eating a lot of
meats and nuts and fruit and eggs, and some vegetables, just kind of
indulging myself by eating whatever I feel like eating that day -- probably
more calories per day than I used to eat, on average -- and it sure seems to
be working for me.

Good luck, welcome to the list, and I hope NeanderThin & eating Paleo works
out as well for you as it has for me!

Kathy
