Hi, List:
My goal for the last 11 years has been to provide people with celiac disease
(as well as people who are wheat-free/gluten-free for other reasons) with as
much information as possible in an effort to make their lives happy,
healthy, and gluten-free. My new book is my latest effort toward achieving
that goal.

"Wheat-Free, Worry-Free: The Art of Happy, Healthy, Gluten-Free Living" is
now available and receiving great reviews. With 391 pages, it's loaded with
absolutely every bit of information that I thought people should have. It
covers the practical "how-to's" of leading a gluten-free life,
state-of-the-art scientific/medical information, information on "alternative
grains" (including a brief history of each), recipes, a comprehensive
listing of contact information for hundreds of manufacturers and providers
of gluten-free products and services, and more. I hope you all enjoy the
optimistic, yet realistic approach that I've tried to encompass.

Cover price is only $14.95 (it can be found cheaper). It's available in any
bookstore (they can order it if it's not in stock), www.glutenfreemall.com,
www.amazon.com, or any of the support groups.

For those of you who have read it, I'd love to hear your comments!
With hugs and warm regards to the entire gluten-free community,
Danna Korn
